Additional Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Legislators
Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and features a key identifying different areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
